As we come to the end of our financial year it is the time when we look back and assess how well we have done and what targets have been achieved. In conclusion this has been our best year EVER in lots of areas.
At that start of the financial year we wanted to ensure that our customer service was continuing to lead the success of our business. Looking back it is clear this was achieved, with us working with more people than ever before to manage their estate and with a large rise in these people coming to us as a result of a referral from someone we have done business with. Our feedback forms continue to form a huge part of us monitoring the service we provide and of course, we will be looking for ways to improve the experience for our clients further.
One thing we’re very keen on is ensuring that we make asking questions about Estate Planning as easy and accessible as possible. With this in mind, we opened our newest branch on the High Street in King’s Lynn (address is actually 134 Norfolk Street) in January and it has already surpassed expectation in terms of how many people we hoped would come to us for help. This shop fronted office has been praised for offering a friendly, open, easy place to come in for some free advice and will continue to offer this moving forward. On top of this we have also opened a small branch of Inheritance Legal Services within the offices of our trusted partner K.Mosby financial associates in Bishops Stortford. This once again allows people the opportunity to walk in and ask questions about Estate Planning. Furthermore, we are currently in discussions about expanding our Cambridge office upstairs to allow for more staff due to an increase in demand for our services.
This year we have attended more events than ever before. The purpose of these events is to encourage people to ask questions and have a chat with an adviser without feeling pressured or worrying about how much it is costing them for advice- we never charge for advice! Our exhibition trailer and dedicated team have been the success behind the vast amount of people we have helped.
Finally some more brilliant news! Following on from the success at last year’s East Cambridgeshire business awards and also being names as finalists in the Cambridgeshire SME business awards, we have once again been announced as FINALISTS in THREE categories of the East Cambridgeshire Business Awards- The Customer Service Award, Retailer Of The Year and Small Business Of The Year. The ceremony will take place within Ely Cathedral on Thursday 28th September at a black tie event…. We will keep you posted.
